Job summary

Hereford Ethanol Partners is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented person for a temporary position to keep our facility and grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will perform groundskeeping tasks, operate common mowers and power tools, and participate in landscaping projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools and a strong focus on safety and teamwork to support ongoing site upkeep and painting touch-ups as required.

Qualifications

• Clean and safe facility maintenance and grounds.
• Experience with mowing, trimming, painting.
• Ability to operate small power tools safely.
• Team-oriented and detail oriented.

• Maintain site cleanliness through sweeping, mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and painting.
• Operate equipment safely, including mowers and other tools.
• Assist with landscaping projects such as planting trees and shrubs, edging and weed barriers, mulch.
• Keep storage areas and workspaces clean and organized.
• Perform touch-up painting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site cleanliness through sweeping, mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and painting.
• Operate equipment safely, including mowers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, tractors, skid steers, and various small power tools.
• Assist with landscaping projects such as planting trees and shrubs, installing edging and weed barriers, and applying woodchip or rock mulch.
• Keep storage areas, mechanical rooms, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Perform touch-up painting as needed.

Skills

• Experience using hand tools such as weed eaters, edgers, chainsaws, blowers, rakes, shovels, and other small tools.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
