Job summary

Position involves a wide range of maintenance tasks across grounds, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related trades.

Two positions available, non-exempt, 12-month work year. Requires high school diploma; one year of related experience preferred and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of grounds maintenance or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping to maintain school grounds, playgrounds, and athletic fields.
• Prepare materials and assist with events.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment for projects.
• Remove snow and ice to keep facilities safe.
• Prepare documentation for work orders and reports.
• Assist with installation of playground equipment, fencing, signs, and drainage features.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Perform skilled duties to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, and graffiti removal.
• Respond to emergencies to resolve safety concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
