Job summary

Responsibilities include following schedules, reporting accidents, handling basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and coordinating with nursing services as needed. A minimum 10th grade education is required; safety and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned shifts or areas.
• Report all accidents/incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services for resident living areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and properly stored; maintain confidentiality of resident information.
