Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program and hold a current RN license.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform nursing duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the float pool.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and institutional guidelines and standards.
