Job summary

Baxter is seeking a facilities engineer in the United States to lead project schedules, apply the Building Management System (BMS), and monitor environmental conditions across plant facilities.

You will drive energy-saving initiatives, manage capital projects, supervise teams, ensure cGMP compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of engineering experience in FDA manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for plant facilities and utilities.
• Apply Building Management System (BMS) to track environmental conditions.
• Generate and analyze trend reports from monitoring systems.
• Lead project teams to achieve objectives and manage capital projects.
• Suggest and develop energy-saving ideas and facility improvements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and change control processes.
