Job summary

Sapsf is seeking an IT operations professional to ensure uptime and usability of desktop/laptop and LAN services through provisioning, maintenance, and issue resolution across assigned geographies.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors for remedy ticket resolution, maintaining IT asset trackers, and ensuring end-user calls are closed per SLAs with remote troubleshooting. Compliance with antivirus, patches, and licenses is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with vendors/suppliers for ticket resolution.
• Maintaining accurate IT asset trackers and goods receipts.
• Ability to remotely resolve end-user issues via troubleshooting and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the vendor/supplier for remedy ticket/call resolution.
• Ensure accuracy and updates of IT assets management trackers (goods received notes, vendor follow-up).
• Close end-user calls per SLAs, remotely troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure policy compliance (antivirus, patch management, licenses).
• Procure/provision/de-provision and deploy hardware/software during entry/exit movements within SLA norms.
