Job summary

Fry's Food Stores in Phoenix is seeking a maintenance technician to provide general maintenance, repair and support to assigned service calls across stores. The role requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience, with the ability to use manufacturer interface software and maintain parts inventory.

You will drive to stores daily, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years’ proven electrical/mechanical maintenance experience and satisfactory overall performance.
• Ability to use manufacturer interface software.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive independently to stores daily as assigned.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and procedures on building and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair equipment.
• Assist in component replacement.
• Navigate and investigate electronic controls interfaces.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts.
• Operate equipment and vehicles safely.
