Job summary

CS Power Systems in Indiana is seeking a Facility Engineer to manage and maintain the facility's infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and cleanroom-related systems. You will coordinate maintenance, plan facility projects, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, energy management, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to keep operations efficient and compliant. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in facility management or building systems maintenance; solar industry a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Plan and manage facility improvement projects, budgets and timelines.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and emergency procedures.
• Monitor energy use and waste management; report efficiency findings.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams.
