Job summary

Stadler is seeking a Facility Electrician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building systems across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facilities work. You will perform advanced maintenance with journeyman-level skill, judgment, and independence to keep operations safe, reliable, and efficient.

A high school diploma or GED and journeyman status are required, with at least five years of hands-on facilities experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Journeyman status in a skilled trade (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on facilities or building maintenance experience at the journeyman level or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, motors, controls, panels, and equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Diagnose complex facility issues and implement code-compliant solutions.
  • Coordinate with and oversee contractors and vendors performing specialized or regulated work.
  • Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment documentation.
