Parker Hannifin Corporation's Industrial Process Filtration division seeks an EHS coordinator to drive site safety and regulatory compliance, reporting to local operations leadership. You will develop programs, coordinate training, manage audits, and support production goals while traveling as needed and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role requires strong knowledge of EHS regulations, manufacturing experience, and the ability to travel as needed.

At Parker's Industrial Process Filtration Division, we collaborate with our customers to offer filtration solutions for complex contaminant management issues. Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime.
The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America. In addition, IPF works with our global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products across the globe.
Coordinate all aspects of facility goals and objectives in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
Will report to the General Manager, Operations Manager or Manufacturing Manager depending upon division size and structure, and work with their staff on a regular basis. In matters of EHS, will be directly responsible for successful implementation of EHS programs and procedures.
Develop and support programs and procedures to meet facility objectives and targets in EHS. Key focus points include:
- BS Degree in a technical field, preferably EHS (extensive experience with certificate programs, seminars and CEU's or associates degree possibly acceptable).
- A strong working knowledge of EHS regulations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a must.
- Experience in Ergonomics and Behavior Based Safety a plus.
- 3+ years of applicable experience
- Can work independently.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Creative ability in insuring safety of employees, the environment while meeting the needs of production.
- Ability to plan and implement EHS programs.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with management as well as with associates from the floor.
- Must be able to travel and work out of the office.
