Job description

The Facility Director oversees Opportunity Partner’s 23 commercial and residential properties to make sure that everything is in working order. You will collaborate with our stakeholders to understand their ongoing maintenance requests, develop annual building maintenance budgets, and create/implement a multi-year preventative maintenance program for each property. You will supervise a team of 12 maintenance and custodial staff members.

How will you make a difference?

• Review and negotiate various annual maintenance & security agreements with our vendors
• Hire and direct our maintenance requests with our third-party vendors
• Hire and supervise the Maintenance Technicians & Custodial Staff who work for us.
• Collaborate with our internal stakeholders to get clarification and direction on their facility maintenance tickets
• Collaborate with our internal stakeholders to develop annual building & ground maintenance & capital budgets.
• Create and implement a multi-year preventative maintenance program for all of our properties including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, capital improvements.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Finance on capital equipment/improvement purchases to ensure they fall within our annual budgeted target.
