Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a qualified Custodian to support our government customer in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role involves cleaning and maintaining office, housing, shop, food or medical service facilities at the assigned site and ensuring a safe, attractive environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, dusting, polishing, floor care, inventory maintenance, and following safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools/equipment is required.

Responsabilités

• Clean rooms and halls, restrooms, offices and other areas by wiping surfaces, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and trash removal.
• Dust equipment, furniture and fixtures; polish metal fixtures and trim; clean restrooms and showers.
• Strip and wax floors using hand or power equipment.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and other maintenance services as assigned.
• Follow safety, quality, environmental plans and procedures at all times.
• Perform duties in a shop or similar environment with exposure to hazards and varying conditions.
