Job summary

Greenthumbindustries is seeking an experienced Industrial Custodian to keep our facility clean and safe. You will ensure equipment and building are well-maintained, inspecting systems to support optimal operations and safety for all employees.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated, able to work independently or with a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of major building equipment
• Schedule regular inspections for HVAC, fire extinguishers, and related systems
• Clean and sanitize offices, bathrooms, and common areas
• Clean, mop, and vacuum floors; manage trash and recycling
• Maintain and organize cleaning supply inventory
• Assist various departments and support facility operations as needed
