The position requires reliable attendance and the ability to follow instructions, with a work schedule of Mon - Fri 1530-2330 and a safety-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Requires reliable work record and attendance.
• Ability to pass company physical and safety requirements.
• Ability to work well with others and take directions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors and other areas as assigned.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; dust furniture and equipment.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork; wash windows and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies; set up tables and chairs for events.
