Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our facilities in Utah. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with pay of $18 per hour.

You will perform cleaning, restocking, floor care, and safety duties to support daily operations and staff wellbeing. Ideal candidates have at least one year of janitorial experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols. Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe surfaces; disinfect restrooms.
• Restocking supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials and monitor dispensers.
• Floor care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Safety & security: Identify hazards and report to supervisor; maintain safe environment.
• Customer service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff and visitors.
