This is a full-time position offering $15 per hour with weekly pay. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, trash disposal, and maintaining common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or six months janitorial experience).
• On-the-job training provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash cans and manage disposal; use of compactor for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, back packs, buffers).
• Other duties as assigned per customer needs.
