Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional dealership facility indoors and outdoors.
  • Organize and monitor equipment displays to ensure proper presentation and identification.
  • Load and unload equipment, materials, and deliveries safely using appropriate equipment.
  • Label equipment to ensure accurate identification and inventory tracking.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with audits.
  • Photograph equipment for marketing, advertising, and inventory records.
  • Stage equipment to support deliveries, sales, service, and internal workflows.
  • Maintain showroom, parts, service, warehouse, and common areas.
  • Communicate equipment or facility concerns to management and assist resolution.
  • Follow all safety policies and regulations while performing duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Purpose:The Facility Coordinator supports the daily operation and appearance of the dealership by maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready environment. This position coordinates equipment staging, facility organization, inventory support, and equipment presentation while assisting with loading, unloading, and maintaining display areas.
