Job summary

Bama, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeks a Facility Controller to own budgeting, forecasting, and pricing, while analyzing operations to improve cost, profit, and capital projects. You will lead FP&A activities, drive automation, and partner with operations to shape overall plant strategy.

This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager with dotted-line accountability to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 5+ years of experience, with public accounting a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
• A sharp, intellectually curious problem-solver with tenacity to see projects through to end results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting process, preparing supporting schedules and inputs.
• Own customer and product pricing, build pricing models, analyze margins and support quotes.
• Partner with commercial teams to drive profitability decisions.
• Serve as a hands-on finance partner on the plant floor to shape business strategy.
• Build and improve FP&A models, dashboards, data definitions, workflows and reporting.
• Deliver monthly reporting packs, KPIs, variance analysis, and dashboards for leadership.
• Explain the 'why' behind variances with driver and root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Support capital allocation and investment decisions aligned with strategy.
• Tackle ad-hoc analyses to inform high-stakes decisions.
