Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of experience; public accounting a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning/Forecasting: Coordinate budgeting and forecasting with schedules and inputs.
• Pricing: Analyze margins and support quotes and profitability decisions.
• Plant Support: Partner with operations to understand financials and strategy.
• FP&A infrastructure: Build models, dashboards, and reporting architecture that power the function.
• Performance reporting: Deliver monthly packs, KPIs, variance analysis, and dashboards.
• Performance analysis: Explain the 'why' with root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Strategic finance: Support capital allocation within the broader business strategy.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Build models to inform high-stakes decisions.
