Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Guide facilities on compliance policies and regulations.
• Coordinate compliance activities and conduct monitoring.
• Staff and chair the Facility Compliance Committee; report to leadership.
• Advise leadership on ethics and privacy concerns; interpret codes.
• Investigate compliance issues and privacy inquiries.
• Identify local trends and propose improvement strategies.
