GEO Corrections & Detentions seeks a Compliance Administrator to oversee facility compliance and accreditation, develop assessment instruments, and report on effectiveness. You will interpret guidelines, coordinate audits, and drive corrective actions across departments.

The role requires coordinating with management, ensuring adherence to client and organizational policies, and maintaining documentation for accreditation programs within a dynamic facility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 3 years of confinement, law enforcement or compliance experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of facility operations and compliance policies across organizational and client requirements.
• Experience in compliance, accreditation, and quality management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess facility functional areas to identify compliance issues.
• Develop instruments to determine departmental compliance.
• Meet with managers to ensure area compliance and address non-compliance.
• Interpret compliance and accreditation criteria for policies.
• Ensure policies meet organizational and client guidelines.
• Lead audits and report findings; implement corrective actions.
• Communicate inquiries to stakeholders and maintain relationships.
• Present information on compliance issues to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support Quality Control Program implementation.
• Supervise Compliance Auditors if needed.
• Maintain all documentation for compliance programs.
