Job summary

CBRE is seeking a GDS Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in designated areas of a high-traffic building in Phoenix.

The role involves basic cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, and trash disposal, with responsibilities including stocking bathrooms and maintaining a safe, organized work area. No formal certifications are required, but relevant experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Any relevant certifications in maintenance, safety, or facilities operations are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment including moving and rearranging furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
