Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, floor care, trash removal, and basic upkeep of common areas. You will report issues to your supervisor and work quietly to minimize disruption for building occupants.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations, methods, and equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate with coworkers.
• Lifting 30 lbs, climbing stairs, bending and reaching as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean using high-dusting techniques around room periphery.
• Sanitize surfaces below shoulder height and remove fingerprints.
• Clean bathrooms with germicidal solutions and restock dispensers.
• Vacuum and dust under furniture and clean floors.
• Inspect area and report issues to supervisor.
