BlueChip Pros is seeking a diligent janitor to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in assigned buildings. Responsibilities include high-dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning and floor care to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for occupants.

The role requires adherence to safety procedures, operation of cleaning equipment, and consistent attention to detail. The position is on-site and involves routine inspection of work areas to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-dusting, sanitizing and floor care.
• Ability to follow safety data sheets and chemicals.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean high dust surfaces around the room.
• Sanitize surfaces below shoulder height.
• Clean bathrooms with germicidal solution.
• Floor dusting and vacuuming with proper technique.
• Outside areas: pick up trash, wipe benches and remove gum.
