Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role focused on maintaining the cleanliness of our travel center, including showers and restrooms, towels, and general upkeep. You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience and uphold high cleanliness standards across the store.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and basic repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
