Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or two years related experience and/or training – preferred.
• High precision and detail-oriented required.
• Ability to maintain machinery necessary to perform a specialized task.
• Ability to apply common sense of understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of designated areas by removing trash and recycling, dusting surfaces, and tidying facility grounds.
• Clean facility equipment, grounds, golf carts, trucks, workstations, and other assets to keep a clean, safe environment.
• Sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbing equipment to keep floors clean and presentable.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition and report needed repairs.
• Keep wash bay and maintenance areas clean, organized, and free of clutter.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Perform weekend work and respond to call-ins for snow removal and other duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead.
