Pilot Company is hiring at its Kentucky locations for team members who help keep our travel centers clean and welcoming. You will support guest experiences by maintaining showers, restrooms, and store facilities while providing friendly service to drivers, commuters, and travelers.

Role demands physical stamina and a flexible schedule; benefits include weekly pay and opportunities for growth within our locations. Training is provided to develop guest service and maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
