Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Follows schedules and reports barriers to management.
• Ensures open communication between field staff and management.
• Maintains keys/access control and reports damaged items.
• Completes time records for regular or subcontractor staff.
• Seeks additional service requests and ensures completion with Area Manager.
