Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to supervise facility operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting janitorial duties to maintain clean, safe facilities for workers and customers.

The position offers a $19.00 hourly rate with a Monday to Friday 6:00am–2:30pm shift, and ABM’s comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Reliable and experienced Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures.
• Provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present.
• Operates specialized equipment and handles cleaning chemicals.
• Supports general janitorial duties as needed.
