Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations at Union Depot in Saint Paul. You will delegate assignments, supervise when the Manager is not present, and ensure work follows policies to keep the building clean and safe for all workers and customers.

This part-time role offers $20.80 per hour, Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–9:00pm, with ABM's comprehensive benefits package. Prior janitorial supervisory experience and comfort with cleaning equipment are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising janitorial staff.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties and operate equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations by delegating job assignments and guiding staff.
• Provide supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present.
• Maintain established standards to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals as needed.
