The position is part time with an hourly rate of $19.00, swing shift, and is suited for candidates with custodial experience and strong teamwork skills. Safety and health protocols are a priority, including vaccinations and background checks as required by policy.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Understanding of infection control practices and sanitary environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work day and evening shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in all common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Empty and dispose of trash per guidelines.
• Replenish soap, towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor when supplies run low.
• Set up and clean meeting rooms and event spaces as required.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams on cleanliness and safety issues.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols for cleaning chemicals.
