Job summary

Advanced, Inc in Auburn, CA is seeking a motivated janitor to join our site-cleaning team part-time. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and a sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff at our facilities.

The position requires routine cleaning, disinfection of high-touch surfaces, and inventory management while collaborating with maintenance and facility teams. Flexible day/evening shifts are available, with emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches, and elevator buttons.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash and waste according to established guidelines.
• Refill dispensers for soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces as necessary.
• Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address any issues related to building cleanliness and safety.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Job Overview
