Responsibilities

• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and doors.
• Dust and wipe furniture, equipment surfaces, and workstations.
• Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies.
• Assist with facility organization and housekeeping projects.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Support readiness for customer visits, audits, events, and meetings.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
• Identify and report maintenance or facility concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Facility Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout KELTEC's manufacturing, warehouse, office, and common areas. This position plays a critical role in supporting employee safety, operational efficiency, and a positive workplace experience by ensuring the facility is consistently maintained to company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, and other facility fixtures.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, equipment surfaces, and workstations as appropriate.
• Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies, including paper products, soap, and cleaning materials.
• Assist with facility organization and housekeeping projects.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Support facility readiness for customer visits, audits, company events, and employee meetings.
• Follow all company safety guidelines regarding chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns to management.
• Assist with seasonal cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior commercial, industrial, or janitorial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience cleaning manufacturing or warehouse facilities.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, or industrial vacuums.
• Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
