KELTEC Industrial Filtration, headquartered in Northeast Ohio, is seeking a Facility Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across manufacturing, warehouse, office, and common areas.

This role supports employee safety, operational efficiency, and a positive workplace by adhering to all safety policies and procedures, while performing cleaning, stocking, and organization tasks. Reliability and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior commercial, industrial, or janitorial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, and other facility fixtures.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, equipment surfaces, and workstations as appropriate.
• Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies, including paper products, soap, and cleaning materials.
• Assist with facility organization and housekeeping projects.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Support facility readiness for customer visits, audits, company events, and employee meetings.
• Follow all company safety guidelines regarding chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns to management.
• Assist with seasonal cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
