Job summary

Life Time is seeking a dedicated Facility Ops Team Member to keep our club clean, stocked, and aligned with Life Time's high presentation standards while delivering friendly member service.

In this role you will perform daily maintenance, manage towels, and ensure locker rooms stay neat and orderly. You’ll respond to member questions about Life Time products and policies, supporting a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand and move about the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels; ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables and cleaning products follow department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
