Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness across the club and provide excellent member service. The role requires daily cleaning tasks, towel stocking, and orderly locker rooms to meet Life Time standards of presentation.

You will respond to member questions about Life Time offerings and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies while staying within budget. This position is on-site at our California club and supports a welcoming, safe environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
