Job summary

Life Time, Inc. seeks a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club spotless and welcoming while delivering excellent member service. You’ll ensure spaces are clean, stocked, and meet Life Time’s standards of presentation.

You’ll perform daily maintenance, stock towels, manage locker rooms, and respond to member questions about products and policies, supporting a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
