Job summary

Lee Health is seeking an experienced Manager of Facility-Based Accounts Receivable to lead payer-specific hospital AR operations at the Cape Coral location. You will direct AR Supervisors, drive cash collections, reduce AR days and denials, and optimize reimbursement through data-driven process improvements.

You will partner with Patient Financial Services, HIM, Coding, Contracting, and IT to resolve issues and improve revenue cycle performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in large multi-campus health systems.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer processes.
• Experience managing AR supervisors and teams.
• Epic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility-based AR operations and payer follow-up.
• Lead AR Supervisors and teams to improve cash collections and reduce AR days.
• Monitor AR performance, denial rates, and reimbursement trends.
