Splash Valley is seeking a Recreation Facility Attendant to support daily operations, supervise activities, and ensure safety across the wellness floor and gymnasium. This on-site role includes weekend shifts and possible evenings, with 10–15 hours per week. A high school diploma is required, with CPR/First Aid preferred.
The attendant will assist with setup, conduct safety checks, maintain records, and respond to emergencies under supervision. Training provided as needed.

This role oversees the wellness floor, gymnasium, and other recreation spaces during operational hours, monitoring proper use of fitness equipment and enforcing facility rules. Key responsibilities include preparing equipment, materials, and spaces for recreation programs and events; setting up according to specific needs; and maintaining accurate records. The attendant also assists with supervising activities and participants, conducts routine walkthroughs, and performs light cleaning and maintenance to uphold facility standards. Reports directly to the Recreation Program Supervisor and performs related duties as assigned.

Required: Graduation from High School or equivalent.
Preferred: Currently have or are working toward a degree in Exercise Science or Health related field.
Preferred: Previous experience in supporting community recreation activities and/or working in a fitness-related setting and/or a Nationally accredited Fitness Certification.
Preferred: CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Subject to a complete criminal history and Child Protective Services background search with acceptable results.
