At Kenwood Country Club, an Emerald status and Distinguished private country club, we are seeking Full-Time Facility Attendants to join our team!

This position is available to start immediately.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all areas on club property. Facility attendants are expected to perform small repairs and cleaning of the clubhouse, including minor wood repair, painting, and other minor repairs as directed by the Clubhouse manager. We seek individuals who can lift 30 lbs. or more, possess a strong work ethic, are detail-oriented, personable (member-facing), and value cleanliness.

Duties:

• Clean and perform daily maintenance of various areas, some outside:
• Outside Clubhouse
• Patio and Terrace
• Bathrooms on golf course
• Setup for events: tables, chairs, buffet tables, tents
• Assist with pop-up tents and coolers during outings
• Maintain employee locker room
• Keep loading dock clear of obstructions
• Perform tasks assigned by management

Additional Skills:

• Ability to work with power tools such as pressure washers
