Job summary

Facility Attendant

We’re looking for a Facility Attendant to help maintain our facilities, manage small repairs, and support our team’s daily operations.

Pay & Schedule:

• $20 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
• Weekly Pay
• Medical and Dental Insurance – Begins after 4 weeks averaging 20+ hours/week
• 10 paid holidays
• 80 hours PTO annually

The Work:

• Facility Maintenance: Keep our workspaces, offices, and baseyard clean, organized, and safe.
• Repairs & Upkeep: Handle light repairs like painting, carpentry, and equipment maintenance.
• Errands: Manage pickups, deliveries, and other facility-related errands.
• Inventory Management: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they’re in top condition.
• Shop Assistance: Support mechanics with basic tasks like prepping tools, cleaning parts, and painting dumpsters.

Requirements:

• A reliable, hands-on team member who works efficiently and takes pride in their work.
• Someone who can follow procedures and handle responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Basic maintenance experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to do handyman repair work
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Have a Valid Driver's License
