Job summary

HTM Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Facility Attendant in Honolulu, HI for a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift. The role offers $20/hour, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits after 4 weeks of part-time eligibility. Responsibilities include facility maintenance, light repairs, errands, inventory control, and shop support.

Qualified candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented and able to lift 50 lbs, with a valid driver’s license. Training provided for basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hands-on team member with pride in work.
• Can follow procedures and handle responsibilities with care.
• Basic maintenance experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities, keep spaces clean, organized and safe.
• Perform light repairs like painting, carpentry, and equipment upkeep.
• Run errands, handle pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment; keep in good condition.
• Assist mechanics with prep work, parts cleaning and painting dumpsters.

Facility Attendant

Pay & Schedule

• $20 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
• Weekly Pay

The Work

• Facility Maintenance: Keep our workspaces, offices, and baseyard clean, organized, and safe.
• Repairs & Upkeep: Handle light repairs like painting, carpentry, and equipment maintenance.
• Errands: Manage pickups, deliveries, and other facility-related errands.
• Inventory Management: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they’re in top condition.

Requirements

• Able to do handyman repair work
