Job Details

Summary

The Facility Assistant Manager works under the supervision of the Facility Manager in all areas of the facility, focusing on maximizing collections, production, sales, salvage, and customer service. This position is considered in training for advancement to Facility Manager. Open availability including nights and weekends is required. Must have a valid driver’s license with personal auto insurance, pass background, and driver record checks.

Qualifications
  • Preferred: Four-year Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years in production/retail management or equivalent, with supervisory experience over 25+ employees.
Responsibilities
Facility Operations
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage processing and separation of donations, salvage, E-Commerce, E-Cycle, and E-Waste.
  • Ensure proper processing of goods, meet production standards, and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Workforce Development and Social Services for client programs.
Loss Prevention
  • Maintain safety and security, report and investigate issues, and ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures.
Additional Expectations
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and conduct facility meetings monthly.
