Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Riverton, UT is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to oversee renovations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for our houses, apartments and office spaces. The role requires experience in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting), a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovations, repairs, preventive maintenance and construction projects for Collage's houses, apartments and office spaces as assigned.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair work as needed.
• Procure and maintain necessary equipment and supplies; ensure overall condition of buildings and grounds.

We are searching for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to work in our residential program located in Riverton, UT. This position is responsible for overseeing all renovations, repairs, preventive maintenance and construction projects for Collage's houses, apartments and office spaces as assigned. This role holds responsibility for the overall condition and maintenance of the company's buildings and grounds; and oversees the procurement process and upkeep of necessary equipment and supplies. This position directly performs routine maintenance, repair work and other related tasks as needed.

Duties

• Work experience and advanced training in at least two of the following trades: plumbing, electric, carpentry and painting
• Occasionally required to sit; frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, stand and walk
• Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple priorities and deadlines
• Must have the ability to travel and/or operate a vehicle for up to 20% of the time spent working in this position.
