Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our Riverton, UT residential program. You will oversee renovations, repairs, preventive maintenance and construction projects for our houses, apartments and office spaces, ensuring the overall condition and upkeep of facilities.

The role requires two to three years of facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and readiness to travel up

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovations, repairs, preventive maintenance and construction projects for Collage’s houses, apartments and office spaces.
• Directly perform routine maintenance, repair work and related tasks as needed.
• Maintain overall condition and upkeep of buildings and grounds; oversee procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Travel up to 20% of the time as needed.

We are searching for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to work in our residential program located in Riverton, UT. This position is responsible for overseeing all renovations, repairs, preventive maintenance and construction projects for Collage’s houses, apartments and office spaces as assigned. This role holds responsibility for the overall condition and maintenance of the company’s buildings and grounds; and oversees the procurement process and upkeep of necessary equipment and supplies. This position directly performs routine maintenance, repair work and other related tasks as needed.

Duties

• Work experience and advanced training in at least two of the following trades: plumbing, electric, carpentry and painting
• Occasionally required to sit; frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, stand and walk
• Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple priorities and deadlines
• Must have the ability to travel and/or operate a vehicle for up to 20% of the time spent working in this position.
