Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking 1st Shift Part-Time Weekend Behavior Health Technicians to support residents in Creedmoor, NC. You will provide direct care to individuals with brain injury and contribute to a structured program.

Responsibilities include implementing behavioral protocols, documenting daily progress, assisting with ADLs, and transporting residents to activities and appointments. A valid license and ability to lift 50lbs are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation.
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis.
• Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community.
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports).
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.).
