Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Zone Manager to lead operations for a designated zone. You will manage customer and vendor relationships, ensure service delivery, and coordinate delivery plans with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

The role involves regular travel within the territory and a full-time schedule. The candidate should have at least 3 years of management experience in janitorial or related services, strong knowledge

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in janitorial/building maintenance or exterior services or restaurant industry preferred.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of compliance standards (OSHA, State/Federal, and KBS).
• Experience in staffing levels to support budgets, crews, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and vendor relationship for assigned accounts within the zone.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly visits with customer district and regional management to ensure satisfaction.
• Visit accounts as scheduled to review audits and submit findings.
• Ensure buildings are properly supplied and responsive to service calls within 2 hours.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, source and schedule vendors.
• Submit project dates to head office by required date.
• Provide backup crew work in emergency situations.
