Job Description

The Facilities Workflow Administrator supports service desk operations within our facility services department at CMI’s customer site in Washington, DC. This role assists the Facilities Manager with daily functions, providing support across administrative, logistical, and operational areas to ensure efficient facility operations. Responsibilities include coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, and handling administrative and financial tasks.

Key Job Functions
  1. Respond to service desk requests, gather relevant information, and generate work orders.
  2. Assign work order numbers and coordinate technician responses.
  3. Process expense vouchers, generate reports, and maintain documentation.
  4. Implement quality control measures and monitor workflow accuracy.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve workflow processes.
  6. Perform administrative activities such as accounts receivable tracking and purchase order processing.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • At least three years of recent service desk experience in facilities operations & maintenance and janitorial services.
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Ability to pass background check and obtain security clearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and independent work capability.
  • Experience in report preparation and data consolidation.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Facilities experience preferred.
