Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience required.
• Maintenance/custodial experience in a commercial setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care, upkeep, and security of college property; maintenance and cleaning of buildings and grounds.
• May lift up to 50 pounds; schedule subject to change based on day-to-day needs.
• Performs assigned duties on the Laurel Campus for the 2nd shift.
