This is manual or semi-skilled work of more than ordinary difficulty, often involving the use of skills acquired as an Apprentice Facilities Worker. Performs semi-skilled facility and or grounds maintenance duties, which may include minor repairs, cleaning restrooms, landscape, trash pick-up, etc. Work requires strenuous physical outdoor work, often under unfavorable conditions. Constant supervision is not necessary for routine and repetitive tasks.
